Welcome to a wonderful cycling adventure that stretches from eastern Blekinge to western Skåne.
This adventure spans five days with four overnight stays.
Cycle from Karlskrona to Malmö, or vice versa, for five lovely cycling days. Stop along the way at charming spots for breaks and meals. There are plenty of places to choose from along the way.
Choose an accommodation option that suits your travel budget. Camp, stay at BnB, simpler hotels or luxury at one of the lovely SPA hotels located along the route (in Åhus and Ystad, for example).
If you want, you can rent a tent from us.
We drive bikes and other equipment to the place where you intend to start, and then pick up the bikes at the opposite end when you have reached the finish line.
Alternatively, pick up and drop off your bikes and other equipment at our bike garage in central Sölvesborg, about 2 min walk from the train station. However, this does not imply any deduction on the price.
One of the niceties of this adventure is that it starts and ends in a city with a train connection. This means easily taking the train back to the starting point, or getting on by train to the next planned adventure...
What is included
This adventure includes:
- Exit and pick-up of bicycles (to/from Karlskrona or Malmö)
- Bicycle
- Bicycle bags (two to be mounted in the back and a frame bag for smaller items such as mobile etc.)
- Water bottle
- Helmet
- Lock
- GPX file for the entire route. (As well as help with a navigation program on your phone, and installing the GPX file. You can use free versions of Komoot, Ride with GPS, or any other equivalent app.)
- Rope kit and extra hose.
Practical information
To rent a tent
You don't pay anything at the time of booking. You pay 1,500 in rent for tents and 2 x sleeping pads for the duration of the event on site (card payment only). The tent can accommodate two people. Sleeping bags are not included.
Exiting and retrieving bikes
Please indicate the place and time of delivery of bicycles, and you are ready to receive them or return them.
We deliver the bikes no earlier than 08:00, and pick them up no later than 18:00.
